0.3% Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate, distilled water of Chamomile, distilled water of Mallow, sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate, sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, sodium chloride, water for injections.
Indicated for individuals experiencing:
Moderate to severe dry eye disease
Age-related dry eye symptoms
Evaporative or refractory dry eyes (e.g. Sjögren’s syndrome)
Inadequate or short-lasting relief from conventional eye drops
If you suffer from severe damage to the clear layer at the front of the eye (the cornea), phosphate-containing products may, in very rare cases, cause cloudy patches on the cornea due to calcium build-up.
Do not use if there are visible particles and/or changes in the colour of the solution.
During application, do not touch the eye or any other surface with the tip of the applicator.
No interactions with drugs or other eye drops have been reported. However, allow at least 15 minutes between administrations of different eye drops.
If side effects occur during use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Temporary blurring or stickiness may occur after application in some individuals. It is advisable to wait a few seconds before engaging in activities that require clear vision.

No. RETANE® Advance is preservative-free. It is formulated with a special closure system that helps maintain sterility while preserving the chemical and physical characteristics of the solution.
6. Can pregnant or breastfeeding women use RETANE® Advance?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using RETANE® Advance.
7. How should RETANE® Advance be stored after opening?
RETANE® Advance should be used within 3 months after first opening. Discard any remaining solution after this period.
8. Why does the bottle require more pressure as it empties?
As the bottle gradually empties, higher pressure may be required to deliver the drops. This is due to the properties of the closure system, which helps preserve sterility and maintain the solution’s quality.
