FRESNOZ+® Nasal Rinse

Fresnoz+® Nasal Rinse is designed for daily nasal hygiene and sinus care. It helps relieve congestion, reduce mucus buildup, and support healthier breathing through gentle cleansing of the nasal passages.

The starter kit contains bottle of capacity 250ml and 30 sachets (2.25g each) with instructions for use in the box.

The extension kit contains 60 sachets (2.25g each) in the box with instructions for use.

Sodium Chloride 

Deep cleansing of the nose and sinuses. Clears and purifies the nose and sinuses from excessive secretion and mucus.

Suitable for individuals with:

• Allergic Rhinitis
• Cold, Flu, Sinusitis
• Post-operative care

1. Clean the bottle under running water before first use.
2. To prepare the solution:
   • Isotonic Solution: Dissolve 1 sachet (2.25g) in 250ml of cooled boiled water.
   • Hypertonic Solution: Dissolve 2 sachets (2.25g) in 250ml of cooled boiled water.
3. Screw the cap tightly, shake the bottle gently to dissolve the substance, then place the bottle into your nostril and breathe through your mouth.
4. Gently squeeze the bottle so half of the solution enters one nostril and exits through the other.
5. Repeat with the remaining solution for the other nostril.
6. Do not swallow the solution. After rinsing, blow your nose to clear any residue.
7. Discard any unused solution and clean the bottle after each use.

1. Use only the original, clean components of Fresnoz+® Nasal Rinse and freshly prepared solution.
2. To prevent the transfer of infection, it is recommended that each person use their own bottle.
3. Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to sodium chloride.
4. Do not use the product if you have open or unhealed wounds in the nose, particularly dry, unhealed wounds after surgery.
5. The kit should not be used by individuals with a completely blocked nasal septum or an ear infection or blockage.
6. Do not use if you have balance problems.
7. Do not use for individuals with severe nosebleeds.
8. After ear surgery, consult your doctor before use. If you have conditions characterized by airway narrowing (e.g., asthma, bronchitis, etc.), consult your doctor before using the product.

1. How often can I use Fresnoz+® Nasal Rinse?

You can use Fresnoz+® Nasal Rinse 1 to 3 times daily or as the healthcare professional directs. 

2. Is Fresnoz+® Nasal Rinse medicated?

No, Fresnoz+® Nasal Rinse is preservative-free and non-medicated.

3. What is the difference between isotonic and hypertonic solutions?

Isotonic solution is prepared with 1 sachet and is a solution of physiological salt concentration, identical to the human body cells.

Hypertonic solution is prepared with 2 sachets. This solution has a higher salt concentration compared to human body cells, which aid in reducing swelling of the nasal passage.

4. Can I use tap water or un-boiled water to prepare the solution?

For health safety reasons, please use boiled water at room temperature during preparation to avoid any unnecessary infection from the water source. 

5. What’s the concentration of sodium chloride in Fresnoz Nasal Rinse?

The concentration of Sodium Chloride solution is at 0.9%.
