Trewound is used as an antiseptic for treating skin lesions, cuts, abrasions, infected wounds and burns.
It contains chlorhexidine which is effective against a wide range of Gram- negative and Gram-positive vegetative bacteria, yeasts, dermatophyte fungi and lipophilic viruses. It is inactive against bacterial spores except at elevated temperatures.

Chlorhexidine 1% w/v
Clean and dry the affected area. Then spray the solution 3 times a day.
If any signs or symptoms of a suspected hypersensitivity reaction such as itching, skin rash, redness, swelling, breathing difficulties, light headedness and rapid heart rate develop, immediately stop using the product.
